May Began paving work, utilizing mud and silt from water purification plants.

1997

Jan The above oil spill accident of Russian tanker NAHOTOKA occurred and left a vast amount of beach sand contaminated.
Apr Constructed pedestrian roads by recycling the oil-contaminated beach sand and utilizing curing agents.
Des Applied for a patent in cooperation with the Japanese Ministry of Construction“Concrete Manufacturing Method Mainly Utilizing Oil-Contaminated Sea Sand”
